Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. The Colonial Area Democratic Committee is the official Democratic Party of Conshohocken, Plymouth and Whitemarsh in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. We are one of the fastest-growing Democratic Party organizations in the County.
We have successfully elected Democrats at the local, state and federal levels, including two Democratic Members of Congress, two Democratic State Senators, a Democratic State Representative and five Democratic County Row Officers. Democrats have also recently elected majorities to the Conshohocken Borough Council and Whitemarsh Township Board of Supervisors, while electing new Democratic leaders to Plymouth Township Council. We are successful because of our support for talented, dedicated candidates who demonstrate their ability to govern effectively once they take office.
Our local elected officials are recognized regional leaders in smart growth and long-term planning, open space preservation, parks maintenance, sound fiscal management, and open government. They are successful because of the year-round hard work of hundreds of local volunteer supporters including municipal chairs, committeepeople, grassroots campaigners and financial supporters.
